No-Questions-Asked Refund Policy

At YayCommerce, we want you to be fully satisfied with all plugins and services we provide.

If our products are not what you are looking for, we will be more than happy to offer you a full refund within 30 days of purchase without asking any questions.

Payment Method of Refund

Your refund request will be automatically processed to your credit card or the original method of payment. This generally takes up to 7 working days since your request was approved.

Refund Exceptions

We are sorry to say No to these refund inquiries:

  • Requests sent after 30 days from the date of purchase
  • Products bought during our discount campaigns
  • Exceeding two refund requests per month
  • Refund requests on renewal payments. We will send you a reminder notice 2 weeks prior to your subscription expiration date. At any point in time, you can cancel your subscription before the renewal payment is automatically processed.
