No-Questions-Asked Refund Policy

At YayCommerce, we want you to be fully satisfied with all plugins and services we provide.

If our products are not what you are looking for, we will be more than happy to offer you a full refund within 30 days of purchase without asking any questions.

Payment Method of Refund

Your refund request will be automatically processed to your credit card or the original method of payment. This generally takes up to 7 working days since your request was approved.

Refund Exceptions

To keep things fair for everyone, refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • Requests submitted more than 30 days after the purchase date
  • Purchases made during a discount or promotional campaign
  • More than two refund requests within a single month
  • Renewal payments: we’ll send you a reminder 2 weeks before your subscription renews, giving you time to cancel before the charge is processed
